Pittsburgh Steelers star Le’Veon Bell, one of the best running backs in the NFL, is facing a four-game suspension from the NFL for skipping a drug test. Such a suspension could have implications in the AFC, but Bell’s suspension may not have as big an impact as some pundits believe. Bell missed 10 games last season due to separate suspension and an injury. Without him, the Steelers went 7-3 in the regular season. There’s little reason for Pittsburgh to panic, especially with DeAngelo Williams on the roster. In the final eight games that Bell missed in 2015, Williams rushed 137 times for 597 yards (4.36 yards per carry) and eight touchdowns. Those may not be Bell numbers, but those any No. 1 RB
