Green Bay Packers free safety Nick Collins(notes) is apparently planning to have a little contract holdout this offseason, according to the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.
That is, he'll do it if the team doesn't come through with some kind of long-term deal and just extends him a restricted free agent tender.
The 26-year-old two-time Pro Bowler has had 13 interceptions over the last two years and 44 tackles last year with nine assists.
Guess he wants to start saving some bucks for his three kids' college funds.
