Recommendation: Certainly not an outstanding game from a fantasy perspective, which was mostly because of the success of Frank Gore and an overall ugly game. Smith connected with six different receivers, led by Gore and Michael Crabtree each with four catches. While it wasn't a great statistical game, Smith led the 49ers to a victory, further solidifying his spot as the starter.

Advice: Smith looked good early in his second stint as San Francisco's starter, but he hasn't been too good lately. This was his first game without a touchdown pass, but he's also thrown four interceptions in his past two contests.
