Free-agent reliever Chad Durbin(notes) was basically dumped by the Philadelphia Phillies a few weeks ago and now he's looking for another team.

Durbin has received offers, but after making the playoffs three straight years with the Phillies, Durbin wants to play on a competitive team this year, FOX Sports reports.

So far the offers are from teams not considered playoff contenders, FOX Sports reports. The 33-year-old is holding out for a club with a better chance to reach the postseason, and two or three such teams are showing interest, the site reports.

Durbin made $2.125 million last year. He went 4-1 with a 3.80 ERA and 63 strikeouts in 68.2 innings pitched. He also had 15 holds.
