Player Notes
A.J. Pollock homered off the bench Saturday in the loss to the Dodgers.

Advice: Pollock homered off Zack Greinke in the fifth after entering as part of a double-switch. It was the first homer for the 26-year-old, who has struggled to a .203 average in 49 at-bats. The Diamondbacks are considering making him a fourth outfielder after Cody Ross returns, even though that would weaken their defense more than it'd improve their offense.

Diamondbacks manager said Tuesday that he'll probably go with Gerardo Parra in center field once Cody Ross (hip) comes off the disabled list.

Advice: In turn, Ross would likely play left field while Mark Trumbo would play right. A.J. Pollock is off to a slow start this season, but we find it hard to believe they'd give up on him as a regular this soon. Chances are he'll shuffle all four outfielders based on matchups. It's a situation to watch in daily leagues, though.
