Player Notes
Mark Trumbo became the first player to reach 30 home runs this season with a two-run blast on Saturday.

Advice: Trumbo took Josh Tomlin deep in the first inning with Chris Davis aboard. It is the third time in his career that Trumbo has hit 30 or more homers, but the first since 2013 when he set his career high with 34. He has a good chance to reach 40 bombs this year.

Mark Trumbo slugged his major league-leading 29th homer in Friday’s win over the Indians.

Advice: It was a three-run shot against Trevor Bauer in the first inning. It was actually his first homer since July 9. In addition to leading the majors in home runs, Trumbo ranks fourth in the American League with 71 RBI. He’s loving life in Baltimore and the AL East.
