RHP Clay Buchholz was named an International League All-Star following an outstanding first half with the Triple-A Pawtucket (R.I.) Red Sox, and continues to put together a resume that's screaming out for a return to the big leagues. The Sox starting staff is jam-packed, but the 24-year-old Buchholz is 5-1 with a 1.90 ERA and 75 strikeouts this season. Sox CEO Larry Lucchino said in a radio interview with 850 WEEI that the young pitcher's time is coming.
