May 24 Ruiz (wrist) had three hits with a run scored in Thursday's win over the Cardinals.

Recommendation: Ruiz suffered a bruised wrist Wednesday, but appears to be fine moving forward.

May 23 C Carlos Ruiz was moved into the fourth spot and went 3-for-4 with a double and a run scored during Wednesday night's victory. Ruiz is now hitting .357 on the season. He was also hit in the right wrist with a foul ball during the eighth inning. The Phillies announced that Ruiz had suffered a right wrist contusion with x-rays coming back negative.
