Player Notes
Adam LaRoche is not in the White Sox' lineup Sunday.

Advice: It's simply a day of rest. Emilio Bonifacio is in the designated hitter spot on LaRoche's place.

Adam LaRoche drove in three runs with a double and a bases-loaded walk as the White Sox edged the A's 7-6 on Friday.

Advice: The White Sox scored five runs in the seventh, all of them unearned after a Brett Lawrie error. LaRoche's double was just his fourth of the year, as he's struggled to meet expectations so far in Chicago. At least he has lifted his average from .207 to .238 over the last week. He'll likely still have a little mixed-league value when all is said and done.
