Napoli midfielder Michele Pazienza says confidence is sky-high in the azzurri camp heading into Sunday's match against Lazio. The Partenopei are still undefeated under new boss Walter Mazzarri and are just three points adrift of a Champions League spot. However, they host a Lazio side on Sunday who are desperate to return to winning ways in order to lift themselves out of the danger zone. "If we have given 100% so far, we must now give 200%," Pazienza said. "Only if we multiply our efforts can we gain consistency and keep our performance levels high. When you get wins there is more confidence and we all work with a greater enthusiasm. We are already focused on Sunday's clash with Lazio. They have great qualities throughout the team, but the pitch will have the final say."
