Su’a Cravens Wants To Be With The Redskins Next Season

Su’a Cravens, who entered into his second season with the Washington Redskins this year made an abrupt exit from the active roster that left everyone scratching their heads and coming up with several different individual thoughts about the 22-year-old.

Cravens announced over Twitter that he would be giving away over 300 jerseys to his fans on Saturday. He was asked what his future was for football and he stated, “God has a plan for everybody and right now he’s putting me through something he knows I can handle,” according to ESPN.com’s John Keim.

Cravens was also asked how much the fan experience from Saturday made him want to come back in which he replied, “It means a lot to me. I understand the situation is frustrating for everybody but I have to do what is best for me.” He went on to say that the support and love the fans showed him on Saturday made it a little easier to get through the problems he’s experiencing.

In his short 11-game career with the Redskins, Cravens has 34 combined tackles (10 solo), a sack and an interception.
