West Ham United close to £26m deal for Brazilian forward Luis Guilherme

West Ham United have moved closer to a £25.5million deal to sign the 18-year-old Palmeiras forward Luis Guilherme. The Brazil Under-20 player has a reputation for being fast while playing mainly as a right winger, but he has also appeared across the forward line, scoring one goal and providing one assist in 44 appearances for the Brazilian club. Guilherme was linked with Chelsea and Bayern Munich in October and has a year left on his deal at Palmeiras.
