Betis defender hospitalised after head injury

Real Betis defender Félix Martí Garreta is receiving treatment in hospital after suffering a head injury following a fall in his home. Garreta, 20, is on a season-long loan at Spanish second division club SD Amorebieta from Betis. "The Amorebieta Sports Club reports that the footballer Félix Martí Garreta recently suffered a craniocerebral traumatism as a result of a fall in the domestic environment," the Basque club said in a statement.
