Lod, Jeong rally Minnesota United to 2-1 victory over Timbers

Robin Lod scored the equalizer in the second half and notched an assist Sang-Bin Jeong's winner as Minnesota United rallied for a 2-1 victory over the Portland Timbers on Saturday night. Portland (3-7-4) jumped in front in the 17th minute and took a 1-0 lead into halftime after Jonathan Rodríguez used an assist from David Ayala to find the net for the fifth time this season. Rodríguez scored two of the Timbers' four goals after the 70th minute in a come-from-behind 4-2 victory over the San Jose Earthquakes on Wednesday.
