Russians fleeing cities occupied since 2014, says Luhansk governor
“The ‘commandant's offices’, ‘prosecutor's offices’, occupiers and gauleiters are leaving,” he stated.

“They are packing their loot, packing their families, and leaving. Even, by the way, from the cities that have been occupied since 2014. We hope that in the near future we will see the Armed Forces of Ukraine cross the river and a large-scale de-occupation of Luhansk Oblast will begin.”
According to Hayday, a blue and yellow flag is already flying over the town of Kreminna, after it was installed there by Ukrainian guerrillas.

"The occupiers fled, and the collaborators either fled or are afraid to take it down because they understand that the offensive is unstoppable,” the official said.
“And, perhaps, it will not be a day or two, but within a week 100% of our military will come in, de-occupation will take place.”

Hayday also noted that the morale of Russians is completely broken.
"In one settlement there are trucks waiting for Russians, and they are just drinking nearby," he added.

The governor noted that fierce fighting continues near Izyum in Kharkiv Oblast and Lyman in Donetsk Oblast.
