Rescue Dog in the U.K. Who 'Can't Stop Smiling' at Her Caretakers Is Capturing Everyone's Hearts

Many Tears Animal Rescue, based in Carmarthenshire, Wales, is a shelter that helps rehome dogs throughout the U.K. The shelter recently posted to it's TikTok account @manytearsanimalrescue about a dog who is looking for a forever home.
We instantly fell in love with this Cockapoo named October. October was an ex-breeding dog who never lived in a home. Ugh, just rip out our hearts. But even with everything she's been through, she's still so sweet and gentle. And look at her smile! Who wouldn't want to bring her home?!

Stop it! October is the cutest, happiest doggo we've seen! We can't believe after all she's been through, she's still smiling. That's probably because she knows she's safe and she's getting all the love she deserves. So we can't wait to see what she's like in her forever home.
