Now they're facing each other as general managers of different teams in the Western Conference Final, Holland leading the Edmonton Oilers, Nill the Dallas Stars. Game 1 is at American Airlines Center on Thursday (8:30 p.m. ET; MAX, truTV, TNT, SN, TVAS, CBC). Holland has Edmonton in the conference final for the second time in three seasons.
