Chargers News: Pro Bowler Provides Major Update on Health
The Los Angeles Chargers were decimated by injuries last season. One key player who missed most of the season was Pro Bowl edge rusher Joey Bosa. Bosa is coming off another season in which he failed to play more than 10 games. Bosa told the media, including Chargers.com editorial director Eric Smith, that he's feeling healthy after suffering a foot injury last season.

It's not the sexy pick, but it's a pick thats going to make the Chargers better immediately and in the long term. Even though they needed wide receiver help, they also needed help at tackle and got a 10-year, Pro Bowl level starter in Joe Alt.

Expert Commentary
The Chargers desperately needed a wide receiver and traded up to get the speedy playmaker from Georgia. He was a force for the Dawgs from Day 1 and a fantastic route runner for an offense that featured several NFL players. It’s an unproven wide receiver room for the Chargers, but McConkey and Quentin Johnston have some promise at least.

The Chargers really needed a linebacker in the draft and Jim Harbaugh went back to Michigan to find one. Colson is one of the better linebacker prospects in the draft and his athleticism should help him make plays early for the Chargers.
