Panthers 2024 schedule released
CHARLOTTE, N.C. — (Carolina Panthers) The Carolina Panthers 2024 schedule has officially been released. Coach Dave Canales' first year as head coach will include a trip across the Atlantic, a rotation out West and a date with the defending champions. Advertisement The team opens with a road game against divisional opponent, going to New Orleans in Week 1. The home opener is here in Week 2 against the Chargers, and new head coach (and one-time Panthers QB) Jim Harbaugh. Of the Panthers first eight games, three are at home, and five on the road. In Week 5, the last two No. 1 overall picks will face off, as Bryce Young and the Panthers travel to Chicago to take on Caleb Williams and the Bears. In

This is a fine pick for the Panthers. They probably didn’t need to trade up, but moving up one spot to secure your guy isn’t the worst move in the world. They also needed to add a bigger player to their wide receiver room. This is solid pickup for the Panthers who really needed juice on offense.

Expert Commentary
The process here for the Panthers is a bit strange. Brooks is a quality running back prospect, but trading up for a player who will still be getting up to full strength as a rookie is a bit odd. Of course, if Brooks is back to pre-injury form, then this is moot. It just seems awfully risky from a pick allocation sense.
