Connecticut product Desmond Claude announces transfer from Xavier to USC

New Haven's Desmond Claude has announced that he will transfer from Xavier to USC, according to his post on X. Claude attended Hillhouse before going to St. Thomas More and Putnam Science Academy. Despite being an AAU teammate of Alex Karaban's, UConn did not display interest in Claude so he ended up at Xavier. USC was 15-18 last season.
