After a quarter century, Thailand's LGBTQ Pride Parade is seen as a popular and political success
Thailand is kicking off its celebration of the LGBTQ+ community’s Pride Month with a parade Saturday, as the country is on course to become the first nation in Southeast Asia to legalize marriage equality. The annual Bangkok Pride Parade is expected to pack the streets in one of the Thai capital’s busiest commercial districts. Pride Month celebrations have been endorsed by politicians, government agencies and some of the country’s biggest business conglomerates, which have become official partners or sponsors for the celebration.

Pili, Collier power Lynx to 95-71 victory over Mercury
Alissa Pili scored 20 points, Napheesa Collier posted her fifth double-double of the season with 14 points and 11 rebounds, and the Minnesota Lynx cruised to a 95-71 victory over Phoenix on Friday night, handing the Mercury their fourth straight defeat. Pili sank 7 of 9 shots from the floor, including all four of her 3-pointers. Dorka Juhász had 13 points and Cecilia Zandalasini scored 12 for Minnesota (5-2).
