Yoshinobu Yamamoto throws 6 scoreless as Dodgers top D-backs

Yoshinobu Yamamoto threw six scoreless innings to help lead the visiting Los Angeles Dodgers to an 8-0 win over the Arizona Diamondbacks on Wednesday night. Yamamoto (3-1) gave up five hits and two walks while striking out five. Mookie Betts went 3-for-5 and drove in two runs, and Andy Pages also drove in two for the Dodgers, who have won eight of their past 10 games. Los Angeles got on the board in the top of the second inning.
