Mariners Claim RHP Eduardo Salazar Off Waivers From Dodgers

The Seattle Marines claimed right-handed pitcher Eduardo Salazar off of waivers from the Los Angeles Dodgers, they announced on Thursday. Salazar was designated for assignment by the Dodgers after making one appearance with the Major League team on May 15. Salazar was signed by the Dodgers at the end of the 2023 season and spent the offseason with the organization. The Dodgers brought Salazar up as injuries continued to strike the Major League bullpen.
