Will Brennan clubbed a three-run walk-off homer in the ninth, and the Cleveland Guardians swept a three-game series against the visiting Minnesota Twins with a 5-2 victory on Sunday. After Cleveland's Emmanuel Clase (3-1) failed to hold a 2-1 lead in the top of the ninth, Brennan picked him up when his drive bounced off the top of the right-field wall and into the seats with two on and two outs against Jhoan Duran (0-2). It was the sixth win in seven games for the American League Central-leading Guardians.
