    Dodgers' Hurt lands on IL due to ailing shoulder

    The Los Angeles Dodgers placed right-hander Kyle Hurt on the 15-day injured list Saturday because of right shoulder inflammation. In a corresponding move, the Dodgers recalled left-hander Nick Ramirez from Triple-A Oklahoma City. Hurt, 25, made his first start in the major leagues on Tuesday, and in three games this season is 0-1 with a 1.35 ERA, one walk and three strikeouts in 6 2/3 innings.

    Dodgers Roster: Kyle Hurt & Eduardo Salazar Called Up, Ricky Vanasco & Nick Ramirez Optioned

    The Los Angeles Dodgers recalled Kyle Hurt, selected the contract of Eduardo Salazar from Triple-A Oklahoma City, and optioned Ricky Vanasco and Nick Ramirez prior to their game against the Washington Nationals on Tuesday. It was part of a series of roster moves that also included calling up Andy Pages and designating Taylor Trammell for assignment. Trammell being designated made room for Salazar on the 40-man roster.

    Dodgers Roster: Nabil Crismatt Called Up, Kyle Hurt Optioned

    The Los Angeles Dodgers selected the contract of Nabil Crismatt and optioned Kyle Hurt to Triple-A Oklahoma City prior to Sunday's series finale against the St. Louis Cardinals. Emmet Sheehan was transferred to the 60-day injured list in order to make room for Crismatt on the Dodgers' 40-man roster. Hurt made the Dodgers' Opening Day roster in South Korea and remained with the team once their 2024 schedule resumed stateside due to Brusdar Graterol and Blake Treinen both being on the 15-day IL.
