Dinelson Lamet cleared waivers and was sent outright to the Triple-A Oklahoma City Baseball Club. Lamet was designated for assignment by the Los Angeles Dodgers last Saturday after three appearances and 4.1 innings with the club. Gus Varland was recalled from Oklahoma City as the corresponding move at the time. Lamet was effective in his limited stint with the Dodgers, allowing one earned run and picking up a save against the San Francisco Giants on April 3 while providing extra value as a multi-inning reliever out of the bullpen.
