Meghan Markle May Be Moving to London in the Fall

Her TV show and rental car contracts are coming to an end

Although Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have made their relationship work despite having an entire ocean between them, they might be making things easier on themselves very soon. According to the Daily Mail, Markle could be making the move across the pond as early as this November.

Per the British tabloid, the actress's contract with long-running USA Network series Suits is up at the end of this year, and she has not yet signed on for another season. Additionally, "well-placed sources in the US" told the Daily Mail that Markle has ended her VIP lease on the Audi SUV that she's driven around Toronto, where Suits shoots, for several years. As the sources report, "Meghan Markle has prematurely ended her contract with Audi here in the US. It is believed that she will be spending more time in the UK. It was a normal commercial contract. It was a car she was paying for, to be clear. She was being treated like a normal customer but, as an actress, with some VIP celebrity elements."

However, another source told the Daily Mail that Markle has actually ended her contract with Audi because her Q5 SUV had become too recognizable to the paparazzi, resulting in several "incidents" that have made her reluctant to drive herself around Toronto anymore. In the meantime, she is reportedly riding to and from work in a chauffeured car hired by NBC Universal, the parent company of USA Network.

The big question, then, is whether Markle, 36, will be wearing a big, shiny engagement ring when (if!) she moves to London this winter. She and the 33-year-old royal, who have been dating for about a year, recently vacationed in Africa together, and although Markle's left hand is still conspicuously unadorned, Prince Harry was rumored to have proposed on the romantic trip. The engagement rumors have only intensified in recent weeks, after Markle reportedly met Harry's grandma, Queen Elizabeth II, and then broke her silence on their relationship in the October 2017 issue of Vanity Fair.

"At the end of the day I think it's really simple," Markle told VF. "We're two people who are really happy and in love." She continued, "We're a couple. We're in love. I'm sure there will be a time when we will have to come forward and present ourselves and have stories to tell, but I hope what people will understand is that this is our time. This is for us. It's part of what makes it so special, that it's just ours. But we're happy. Personally, I love a great love story."

Us too, Meghan.
