A 75-acre estate that has been the set of numerous television shows has landed on the California real estate market in Castaic — a place that is just an hour away from Los Angeles.

Its name is Paradise Ranch and the secluded property listed for $5.75 million is a wildlife oasis with Hollywood flair.

A lot of Hollywood flair, to be exact.

“Paradise Ranch has been the location for numerous film and commercial productions over the decades, including ‘Sons of Anarchy,’ ‘Criminal Minds,’ ‘1000 Ways to Die,’ and Allstate Insurance among many others,” the listing on Sotheby’s International Realty says. “This land is desirable for its level terrain including two seasonal creeks and an abundance of wildlife and trees. Bears, deer, rabbits and a wide variety of birds have been sighted on these grounds.”

One of Walt Disney’s colleagues also lived on the property.

“One significant owner of the ranch was Frank Churchill, Walt Disney’s musical composer, who scored over 65 films including Snow White, Dumbo and Bambi. He lived on the ranch until 1940 and lore has it that all of his original sheet music was found in the home in the 1950s but was sadly unrecognized and burned as trash.”

The estate has a massive amount of features, per the listing, including:

  • A main, four-bedroom, three-bathroom house

  • Barn

  • Original (yet-to-be remodeled) house

  • 1,900-square-foot trailer

  • Two storage spaces

There are also creeks, 150 trees and plenty of views.

The listing is held by Megan Mathews of Sotheby’s International Realty Westlake Village Brokerage.
