Dayton Concours d’Elegance event to feature vehicles of the fifties today

The 15th annual Dayton Concours d’Elegance event comes to Carillon Park today.

The 15th annual Dayton Concours d’Elegance event comes to Carillon Park today.

The event features 21 classes of cars and motorcycles, a special class for Marmon automobiles in conjunction with the annual Marmon Muster, live entertainment, and food and drinks, according to a press release from park officials.

All exhibits at the park will be open during the event from 10:30 a.m. until 4 p.m. Winners of the car show will be announced at 3 p.m. according to a relase.

General admission to the festival is $25 at the door.

Children under three years old can enter for free while children 3-17-years-old are $5.

Members of Dayton History can enjoy the event for free, park officials said.

Proceeds from the Concours go directly to the non-profit Dayton History that operates at Carillon Park, officials said.
