Panel claims City's first penalty v Wolves shouldn't have been given

An independent panel has said that Manchester City's first penalty in their victory over Wolves last weekend shouldn't have been awarded. City, who are looking to retain the Premier League title, secured an emphatic 5-1 win at home to Wolves. Pep Guardiola's side took the lead in the 12th minute at the Etihad Stadium after Erling Haaland scored from the spot. The penalty was awarded after Wolves defender Rayan Ait-Nouri was deemed to have fouled City's Josko Gvardiol.
