Un Guk Kim Biography
Kim is headed to the Olympics for the first time after winning a silver medal at the world championships last November. A gold medalist at the 2010 event, Kim lifted more than China’s Jie Zhang in the clean, but failed to hoist more in the clean and jerk and totaled 320 kilograms - one fewer than his Chinese competitor.
