    UPDATE 1-US FDIC's Gruenberg to create office to address workplace conduct issues

    The head of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation plans to tell Congress he will establish a new, independent office devoted to professional conduct after an external review found comprehensive mistreatment of employees at the U.S. bank regulator under his watch. FDIC Chairman Martin Gruenberg said in prepared testimony submitted to the House Financial Services Committee that addressing workplace problems is his "top priority." Gruenberg is set to testify Wednesday before the House panel along two other bank regulators.

The Atlanta couple created @loveandpebble, and when they shared their Beauty Pops ice face masks on TikTok in 2021, it took their small business to another level. “We sold out all of our inventory,” Paul Tran said, noting that after going viral, the brand was featured on "The Today Show," "Shark Tank" and in mainstream publications.
