Martin St. Louis was asked earlier this season why he thinks there are only two Hall of Fame players now coaching in the NHL — him with the Canadiens and Patrick Roy with the New York Islanders. “I would say the No. 1 thing for me is it's the commitment,” St. Louis said. For me, I was fortunate enough to have kids at a young age that I felt I was ready to do that (coach in NHL) because my kids were older, too.
