The Presidents' Trophy-winning Rangers now head home with a 3-1 series lead as they face the Carolina Hurricanes in Game 5 of their second-round playoff series on Monday night (7 p.m., ESPN). “When we play our game we can play pretty well, generate offense," captain Jacob Trouba said. The Rangers had won their first seven games of the playoffs, sweeping Washington in the first round and winning the first three against Carolina, which was third in the league standings — three points behind New York.
