Recommendation: The assist snapped a seven-game pointless streak for Lidstrom, and he's got a modest four points on the year. We expect Lidstrom's scoring pace to pick up sooner or later, but some leakage is to be expected at this juncture in his career. Also keep in mind that he's shooting the puck less than usual this season, with 31 shots in 14 games.
