G Pascal Leclaire has had some inconsistent moments. His record dropped to 5-4-1, his goals against average to 2.70 and his save percentage to .897 as he lost 3-2 to the New Jersey Devils Saturday. The winning goal was a wrist shot from the point that Leclaire admitted being screened "a little bit" on, but then also said it was one he should have had after giving up the sharp-angle tying goal to David Clarkson less than three minutes earlier.
Don't be surprised if coach Cory Clouston gives the next start -- Tuesday at home against the Edmonton Oilers -- to backup Brian Elliott. Partly to give Leclaire a breather, partly to give him time to reflect, and partly because after it, the Senators play nine in a row against conference rivals.
They're going to need a sharp Leclaire if they're going to take advantage of a month that sees them play nine of their 12 games at home.

Leclaire will start in goal for the Senators when they play host to the Lightning on Thursday night reports TSN.ca.
Recommendation: Leclaire's performance has been up and down the past couple of weeks, mainly due to the flu he was suffering from. Leclaire's fully recovered now and will look to get his first win since October 17.
