Madden signed a one-year, $2.75 million deal with Chicago on Wednesday, the Bergen Record reports. Recommendation: He'll likely take over in Sami Pahlsson's checking-line center spot after Pahlsson inked a three-year deal with Columbus on Wednesday afternoon. Madden provides Chicago with another playoff-tested veteran in the young squad's effort to unseat Detroit atop the Western Conference. |
