Recommendation: Now it's going to be a little harder to trade Marleau, as the player would have to be perfectly comfortable with the situation. With all the comings and goings of July 1 behind us, and with Brian Campbell gone and the Sharks already finding a replacement in Rob Blake, it's starting to look more likely that Marleau will remain a Shark. That's not a bad thing for his fantasy value.
