RW Daniel Alfredsson acknowledged that he "might have played his last game" when Sweden was eliminated from the world championship by the Czechs. In truth, the team's captain and all-time leader in almost every offensive category has yet to decide whether he'll retire or play a 17th NHL season. He's unlikely to make an announcement for a few weeks.
