New Buccaneers C Graham Barton is Ready to Focus on Football
Tampa Bay Buccaneers first-round draft pick Graham Barton earned his degree at Duke University after four years playing for the team, but he didn't go to graduation to walk across the stage in Durham. "Graduation is overrated," Barton joked to media on the second day of rookie minicamp Saturday. Barton has transitioned from being a student-athlete to a full-time NFL player once the Bucs drafted him, and it's something he's been looking forward to for a long time. Gone are the days of 11:59 deadlines, and now, though the work is grueling, Barton has time to dig into the sport he loves the most.
