The Los Angeles Rams will be one of 21 teams that begin organized team activities (OTAs) on Monday. Scheduled with five OTA practices, the Rams have OTAs on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday pf this week before going on Tuesday and Wednesday next week to wrap up the OTA period. 1. Who starts on the defensive line? Kobie Turner will take one of their base defensive end spots, but he is a projection there after the Rams didn't play him in base at all last year.

This is a very safe, solid pick for the Rams at this point in the draft. Verse is a high-floor player for the Rams that fits in well with the players they have up front. The Rams were looking at an offensive player earlier in the process, but they ended up with a stud pass rusher who immediately makes them better.

Expert Commentary
The Rams definitely had a need for a disruptive defensive presence, but Fiske has a bit of an odd profile. He’s a freakish athlete, but also an older prospect — which, admittedly, the Rams had success with a year ago. Fiske needs to add some strength to be an every-down player in the NFL, but there is some upside here considering his athleticism. A 2025 second round pick is a high price to pay here.
