Where Detroit Lions rank in fifth-year options picked up since 2018

When it comes to first-round draft picks, the Detroit Lions have had plenty of success in recent years, as evidenced by their high rate of picking up fifth-year options. From 2018-21, the Lions' list of first-round picks includes center Frank Ragnow, tight end T.J. Hockenson, cornerback Jeff Okudah and right tackle Penei Sewell. Of those four, three have had their fifth-year options picked up, with Okudah being the only one who didn't have his exercised.
