DALLAS — The on-field offseason workouts are just beginning for the Dallas Cowboys , who held their rookie minicamp last week. It was the first time that the coaches got a chance to see what their incoming class can offer based on the team's programs. Despite the practices basically being walkthroughs, there were a few young players who made an impression. That's good news for a team that's going to need their youth to bring some juice to the upcoming season after a quiet offseason from the reigning NFC East champs.
