The Cincinnati Bengals drafted offensive tackle Amarius Mims out of Georgia with the No. 18 pick in the NFL draft Thursday night. At 6-foot-8 and 340 pounds, Mims is a “rare-sized athlete” the team was thrilled to get when it was the Bengals' turn to choose, said Head Coach Zac Taylor. “You draft a guy like this at that spot to be a big part of your future,” said Bengals Offensive Coordinator Dan Pitcher. Mims tells FOX19 NOW he's excited to come to Cincinnati and play for a team he knows can win - and especially for the opportunity to play with and protect Quarterback Joe Burrow.
