On the flight home from Philadelphia, Dallas Cowboys fullback Deon Anderson got into a fight with left tackle Flozell Adams. It was broken up by guard Leonard Davis, according to the Dallas Morning News.
Anderson said he and Adams laughed about the incident Monday and that they're fine.
The team believes it has the talent to win but admits it has chemistry issues and knows that is a serious concern.
"I mean, you got to have playmakers," inside linebacker Zach Thomas said. "I feel like we got them here, but this whole talent thing is if you're not working well with the chemistry, it doesn't matter. There are some less-talented teams that work well together."
The biggest chemistry issues have involved the wide receivers, quarterback Tony Romo and offensive coordinator Jason Garrett. Following the loss to Pittsburgh on Dec. 7, Terrell Owens, Patrick Crayton and Roy Williams had separate meetings with Garrett to express concern about the offense and Romo's poor practice habits, which they say affect the team. The wide receivers also told Garrett that they believe Romo directs more of his passes to tight end and close friend Jason Witten.
The chemistry problems escalated two days before the New York Giants game when Owens, angered by reports he was jealous of Witten, yelled at the tight end on the practice field. Owens denied being jealous.
Williams, who was acquired Oct. 14 in a trade with Detroit, continued to be frustrated with his role in the offense and unable to understand why he wasn't making an impact. He finished the season with just 19 catches for 198 yards in 10 games with the Cowboys.
But after the loss to the Eagles, Owens and Romo were in agreement that changes are needed.

Jerry Jones reportedly is in negotiations with the Detroit Lions and has presented a deal to send back Roy Williams in exchange for Jason Garrett's return to the Cowboys. The deal includes that the Cowboys will pay Williams salary for the remainder of his contract and give the Lions a 1st, 2nd and 4th round pick in the 2009 and 2010 draft. More on the story later.

Yes, Cowboys fans cling to your five Superbowl victories, and get used to that number because it isn't going to be going up anytime soon. In fact, the current incarnation of the Cowboys are so disgraceful they should take away a ring or two.

Romo comes on the scene but Parcells is less than thrilled letting him start, why? Based on what I am hearing I would say that Parcells was concerned because he saw talent but lack of preparation and focus. Remember one of Parcells last comments to Romo was, "don't let good enough be good enough".
Next Romo seems to play worse in big games and games late in the season. Well of course those would be the games that lack of preparation would effect the most. I am going on the record right now, TO is not the problem, it is ROMO. I like the guy but he is not preparing to play and the press lets him off the hook, the ower lets him off the hook, and the coach has been letting him off the hook.
If Romo had to face an off season getting hammered about poor preparation I wonder how his approach might change.

The Cowgirls biggest shortcoming is the same as it has been for the past 3-4 years...they have no defensive backs that are worth their salary. They are all slow, some of the them criminally stupid (does the name PacMan ring a bell?) and most of them couldn't cover my ten year old grandson. You watch replay's and they are either not even in camera range or they are looking the other way and the ball zips right by their heads.
Coach cupcake is a fake coach. He is all talk and no walk. This team someone that wil give them a heart, some meaness, so swagger that is earned nto just handed to them by the media. They need someone who can get them to play as a team, not a collection of misfits that other teams didn't want.

The team has talent no doubt, but they need to clean house.
