Johnson set a franchise record by rushing for 228 yards and two touchdowns - scoring on runs of 52 and 89 yards - and the Titans won their first game of the season by routing the Jacksonville Jaguars 30-13 Sunday. Advice: The Titans are having a woeful season but Johnson isn't. His big day - the highest rushing total in the NFL since Adrian Peterson had 296 against San Diego in November 2007 - gives him an NFL-best 824 yards on the ground. He's also averaging a league-leading 6.9 yards per carry. |

Johnson ran for a career-high 228 yards and scored two touchdowns in the Titans' first win of the season Sunday against the Jaguars. Recommendation: Not sure if it is a coincidence, but Johnson had a season-high number of carries in the Titans' first win of the season. He is clearly the number one back on the team and has been a shining bright spot on an otherwise terrible season so far for the Titans. |
