Nov 13 Rosario (knee) fully participated in practice on Friday, but is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Falcons, the Gaston Gazette reports.

Recommendation: The Panthers' tight ends have been playing musical chairs this season, making it difficult to rely on any of them in a given week. If you're really pressed for a bye-week plug-in, it sounds like Rosario will be ready to roll on Sunday as a waiver-wire stopgap.
