Dan Leberfeld, of Jets Confidential, reports New York Jets PK Mike Nugent (hamstring) did not participate in practice Friday, Oct. 10. He has been ruled out of the team's Week 6 game. |

Nugent is not expected to be ready for Week 6, according to the New York Daily News. Advice: Nugent and the Jets had a bye week in Week 5 but apparently it wasn't enough. Nugent injured his right thigh on a kickoff against Miami. Jay Feely will continue to take over for him. |
