Williams' DUI case resulted in a mistrial and a new trial has been set for August 15, the Denver Post reports.
Recommendation: The incident in question occurred in November 2010 and if Williams is found guilty, it will be his second impaired driving incident on his record. He is already suspended for the first six games of the 2012 season (he has filed an appeal) but could face another penalty if he's convicted for a second time.
