Bruce (ankle, elbow) participated fully in Wednesday's practice, the 49ers' official site reports. Recommendation: Bruce missed last Thursday's win over Chicago, but his ankle will likely be healthy enough to allow him to play Sunday against Green Bay. Of course, he's no longer a starter, so his fantasy impact will be negligible in most leagues. |

WR Isaac Bruce has not only been bumped out of the starting lineup by Josh Morgan, but he might also be knocked another spots on the depth chart with the emergence of Jason Hill. "We'll see. I know he's not starting," 49ers coach Mike Singletary said of Bruce. "Whether he's No. 3, No. 4 or No. 5, I don't know right now. It just depends on the package." Bruce has struggled this season with just 20 receptions for 244 yards and no touchdowns. When Hill replaced him at the end of the first half of the 49ers-Titans game Nov. 8, Hill caught two touchdown passes in his first extended playing time of the season. |
